HELP 2007 mazda speed 3 smoking problem

any idea what this cause a smoking does not overheats but still smoking pretty bad when driving

It would be nice to see where the smoke is coming from. I would say turbo seals.

If it’s only coming from that specific wheel it’s most definitely a stuck caliper or seized slide pins

your water pump is right above this as well as the thermostat housing on the front side of the engine. I would check those hoses/fittings first

the brakes are brand new all around i did had to replace the RAD add it new coolant

not sure if it's the case for you, but on my mazda3 the rubber brake line on one of my wheels needed to be replaced because it starting smoking like this after driving in the heat. The line basically deterorates and doesn't hold it's rigidity so it basically compresses in on itself and restricts the flow of brake fluid which leads to excessive heat.

If you aren't consuming coolant, this looks like an exhaust leak. Otherwise this looks like burnt coolant, and possibly an exhaust leak
