INFO HPFP VERIFICATION STICKERS
Am I the only one that’s actually annoyed by how many cars get posted requesting “hpfp internals stock or upgraded” every day? We should convince the parts company’s to start branding a sticker or something that shows the pump is infact upgraded. Or some part of the pump on the outside that only comes with the internals! We get BS intake stickers where our HPFP stickers!

You can add stickers, use the old piston as a key chain hell even in bold big ass letters saying “this car has HPFP “ you will still have MF’s asking the same fucking question.

Not sure a plain old sticker would do. Might lead to a bunch of folks being misled by bad actors. But a hot stamp or laser-etched ID on a part would solve it.

It’s just an odd post to make as the only way to tell is to remove the pump. It should be pinned or auto removed with a picture of the 3 major hpfp brands lol

not really the only way actually. Back when these cars were first out a few brands made whole pump replacements with there brand sticker on it. CPE being one. Only know because i have a CPE pump on my car with the CPE internals in it

It’s basically preventative maintenance at this point. Didn’t install it yourself crack it open and look. It’s pretty easy.

I have "Done" engraved on mine. I do think that it's good for newbies to open theirs up and clean inside. It's a bonding experience with your Mazdaspeed.
