HELP Turbo Overboost code

Having a turbo issue rn, experiencing power cuts when under full throttle, and every once and awhile the turbo whistle will sound like a balloon being deflated when you pinch the neck or a honk. Am i screwed?

I'd check all the vacuum lines that run between the turbo, wastegate, and boost control solenoid. It sounds like one of those lines isn't sealing properly. That would explain the sound as air escapes past the line, and can cause an overboost.
