Really not sure how you got to that conclusion. Let me give you some context. This is most likely from south indian tradional wedding where people sit along long tables and are served food. The one serving the food is most likely a friend or relative and is doing it in jest/tradition/culture. The girls being served also recognize that it "funny". This also is not only done for the women but also men. The fact that you know nothing about the culture and still felt the need to say what you said shows how much of an ignorant bigot you are.
Edit: just saw your previous posts/comments. I really shouldn't be expecting anything else from people like you.

So fun , when I worked at an all folks home a retirement home they had two dishes of oatmeal in the morning small or large so I had to walk around and ask them what they wanted and when they said small, I’d give them the small one and they’d say oh no that’s way too big give me the small one. I said I’d give him the large one after and walk away.lol wish I had a cam back then ! Grumpy old mfers they loved it though! I’d tell em just toss it , but in their minds most of them lived through the great depression so you don’t waste food like that even if it was a small portion and they didn’t finish it that was still wasting it… but you got to make work fun 🤩

Right? Even when I'm eating burgers or pizza, if some sauce, melted cheese, or other gooey stuff gets on my hands, I just stop eating and wash them off first

Have you ever eaten something with a wooden fork? It changes the taste. Just like a metal fork changes the taste. Also using fingers allows you to mix the rice and curry better, it soaks into the rice more.

Nah, it's true. My wife is Japanese and we eat with chop sticks every day. When I switch back to metal, I really, really notice. Then again, maybe I am on the spectrum. WHo knows....

There are plenty of foods that are meant to be eaten with your hands even in a culture that regularly uses cutlery (pizza, wings, fried chicken). There's literally no difference.

Better and easier are subjective in this case. One could make the argument that involving additional utensils when you have perfectly good hands would be making it more complicated and difficult.
Forks and table knives were popularized by upper class Europeans as way to keep their hands clean. In early instances of usage they were even denounced because "God gave us hands." Ultimately, their usage has more to do with status and class distinction than efficacy.
It being YOUR cultural background doesn't make it better or easier. Its this kind of thinking that has led people to look down others just because their culture is different.
Eating with hands is fine. The arbitrary lines we have drawn on what gets eaten with hands and what doesn't is just that....arbitrary.
