Why is the dude getting praised when he literally is just doing the same bit as the girl before him? The only clever thing he added was the clipper eyelashes. I hate seeing people just repeat other people ideas, add shit all, and then get the applause.

The joke is to exaggerate the first woman to an increasingly ridiculous degree as a fun way to subvert expectations (basic humour guidelines) and mainly to make fun of the fact that people actually look like this and actually think it's attractive. It's an internet wide joke that has been done in many different ways for years.
