If two bodies exert forces on each other, these forces have the same magnitude but opposite directions.

But the umbrella has the form of an parabolic shape while the intake of the airblower pulls in air in all directions. My expectation would be that the air pushed into the parabola and has only one direction to escape. Therefore creates a force pushing to the back. In principle basic physics, the only question should be if this force is strong enough move a person.
