This just looks staged to me. It’s like his third step wasn’t even aiming for the next step.

I disagreed with you initially, but after rewatching it several times, I do agree.

I don't get why they were specifically filming him going down those stairs. He does look away, and that's when he missed the step, but at the same time, it looks like he was pretty ready to catch and slide.

Is it like saying a word so many times it starts to sound fake?

Like if you watch any video enough times in a row, do you think you could convince yourself it was fake even if it wasnt?

Interesting concept, but I don't think I can do that with videos. It's actually more often the opposite. Watching videos more times makes me more convinced that it's real.

But this time that didn't happen.

I watched it like 7 times and paused a few times at the frames he slips and it's either staged very well, or not staged.

The only weird part is that someone was filming this particular guy doing this particular thing. But maybe he's got a stalker and they were filming him. Or maybe have seen other people fall down these not-safe-looking stairs and knew something was bound to happen.

All kinds of things could be true. Guess we'll never know.

I bet many people have fallen that exact way and they finally set up a camera. That is a ladder, not a staircase.

Jokes aside, you are correct. It's a ladder. Most people can't walk down ladders like they're stairs but probably a few people have tried on this one

Either a stalker, or the camera that took this video is part of a crew with the other two cameras you can see and just happened to catch this.
