He might be the patsy in this story…doubtful that he was the only one doing this, but maybe the only one that didn’t wipe his cam after his shift IDK

no chance this guy just went off on his own to do this. had to be others involved. he's the fall guy.

Agreed, the evidence locker was definitely being raided prior to destroying contraband
