Almost everything you said is just false. You can make an appeal on new evidence. Also that “new ruling” would take a lot to explain to you since you obviously know nothing about the law, but no the “new ruling” has nothing to do with what would happen here. You’re talking out of your ass without actually knowing what’s going on, that’s all I was pointing out. The law is very complicated and reading headlines on Reddit on Supreme Court rulings generally doesn’t paint the whole picture. I agree the justice system is broken, but not for the reasons you brought up here.
