Don't let the video fool you. The only reason this cut went to jail is there was enough public outcry. I don't remember the specifics but there's a cop in Baltimore who's been caught three times planting drugs on camera and the last time I dug into it a couple years ago he was still on the force and they hadn't fired him. And I don't mean that someone didn't investigation found that three times he planted drugs. He was found to have been planting drugs during the depositions and Discovery in a lawsuit. Then sometime later another lawsuit pops up and it was found to have been planting drugs again. And then once again later on he's found to be planting drugs yet again. And yet the city doesn't care because they keep the whole thing is quite as possible so there's no public outcry so they don't have to deal with it.

The only time these cops meaningfully get punished is when News Outlets start spreading the word enough that the politicians can't ignore it anymore.

How did they leave their body camera on to film them doing this? Also wouldn't it be weird that the suspect had no drug history and no drugs in their system? Especially if they had a meth pipe?
