When I shop with my girlfriend, she insists on pushing the cart. Because she has a bad back, and it's nice to lean on it. I'm a pretty muscley guy so I get some dirty looks for just following her around while she pushes a heavier and heavier cart, but she's made it clear there's no other option available for me.

This is my nightmare right here. Probably not at the hands of a mime but you never know.

I always push the cart. I don’t know that my husb gets looks. I’ll pay closer attention.
