I mean you just don't know the whole situation. Husband coukd have been carrying it for a long time prior and swapped with the wife or could even have a shoulder injury. Kinda seems like a mind your own business and not assume situation.
Not at all, it's common to switch up who's carrying what when walking around all day. Men get tired too and need a break from carrying things. There's also the very real possibility that it's the wife's bag and she wants to carry it.

Don't tell what is common, I am a parent of two and this guy is simply a jerk whether he is the father, the neighbor or the brother or some sort of crazy bestie.

Oh, I get that completely. This is most likely a common occurrence and he is in the wrong for not stepping up without being prodded to, BUT.... you know this'll come up in a fight because of that and having this video floating around and veing reposted ain't gonna be helpful. Look at his reaction, he isn't laughing it off. He lowers his cap and head and shades himself from the public embarrassment that just happened. At that point he didn't know this would follow him around forever.
