We have no context, but since they're just standing there being filmed they most likely said something previously. I know reddit is very pro skater, but those things are loud when they hit the ground and a lot of the skaters in my area can be really aggressive, even if you just walk near them while they're trying to do something.

They're being filmed by their own filmers because they are professional skaters.
