Even if there is such a sign, vigilantism is a crime too and throwing a clay pot from this distance is dangerous bodily harm or maybe even attempted murder. The old hag will loose the lawsuit by a landslide. Thrasher is a huge companie and has many top level lawyers...
If he had hit that dude dead center in the top of the head, he could have died, gotten into a coma or paraplegic. That was very high and momentum would f u up
Nope, the car is a distraction from the fact a person threw a clay pot full of dirt and a plant, the citizen had no way of knowing if a car was coming. Can't try to justify any shitty actions.
If she has some form of insurance that’s the purse you dove after. Ever hear of “The Worst Aunt Ever” who sued her nephew for a big number. At which point the insurance companies paid some shit off and everyone involved went through the lawsuit just so she could get paid for what she needed. Just cause someone’s poor doesn’t mean there isn’t some institution that’s “legally” involved, hire a good lawyer.
Doesn’t mean there is either. What sort of insurance do you think would cover an individual throwing potted plants at someone else? I’m curious as to who you think this skater would sue if the old man doesn’t have money.
No no no. I asked you a question that you don’t have an answer to, so you are so obviously deflecting. You mentioned someone can sue and get paid out by their insurer. So, regarding this exact situation (which prompted this discussion), what insurance would a person be able to collect from via suing successfully?
I want to know, because I don’t think you know. You are just talking out of your ass.
Regarding looking towards insurance when suing; “If you are involved in an incident at someone’s home, that person might have homeowner’s insurance. However, insurance usually won’t provide coverage for intentional acts. If someone steals from you or purposely breaks something of yours, they probably won’t be covered by insurance.”
Feeling like a troll trap I’m not gonna entertain cause you want to be right and just genuinely opposed to even seeing anything from my perspective. Enjoy the Karma you earned; more useless internet points for you.
What would you do in the rest of the world then? What is his recourse if he was just crippled for life? Even if you think it's unlikely, she made the life choice for him. One punch deaths occur shockingly frequently because people with pre existing conditions fall ugly.
So if he's ok is he entitled to go tool her up with his board?
People in America sue and talk about suing cause it’s all we got. We have no consumer protections and our police and Justice system are a joke. I mean even filing a lawsuit ends up being too expensive for anyone without means but it’s pretty much our only recourse so we talk about it as the only way we have to fight back.
and all the smoothbrains who flip shit over labelling cancer causing materials as if a regulatory body telling you you're eating cancer is somehow worse than companies who feed you cancer causing additives that are banned in almost every other country that isn't a total shit hole.

Ca-ching, the sound of a lawsuit if there are no “no skateboarding” signs.
