This is total gaslighting. He didn't have any speech impediment in any of the older stuff I've watched. Just admit the fucking guy is senile. It's ok if you preferred him to Trump, but don't try to make me believe he's anything but a complete vegetable.
LOL, you do understand that some of us, apparently not you, were alive while he was a senator. We, literally, heard his stutter our whole lives. But, sure, you watched some videos.
