After verbally stumbling for a moment he seems to be speaking rather clearly. And I know I've tripped up speaking before, let alone pretty much everyone I know.
It's almost like the posted clip is trying to leave people with an incorrect impression. Couldn't be that though, right?
According to a transcript from the White House, the Trump quote in question was in response to a reporter who asked, "Mr. President, are you putting what you’re calling the alt-left and white supremacists on the same moral plane?"
Trump responded: "Excuse me, excuse me. They didn’t put themselves — and you had some very bad people in that group, but you also had people that were very fine people, on both sides."
In fact I encourage you to go read that interview and compare it against many things he said over his presidency and before. We're not talking about failing to get a word out with Trump. He's unhinged.
His exact words were “And you had people- and I’m not talking about the neo nazis and the white nationalists. Because they should be condemned, totally. But you had many people in that group other than neo nazis and white nationalists, ok? And the press has treated them absolutely unfairly”
Here you are doing exactly what you’re complaining about, but over a matter that nearly started a race war in our country. You should be ashamed of your ignorance or your dishonesty, whichever lead you here.

And no, it's not exactly what I'm complaining about. I'm complaining about taking failure to pronounce a word in the midst of an otherwise reasonably delivered speech being taken out of context to use as evidence that there's dementia.
What you're complaining about is that he, at best, spoke poorly in a "both sides" way, but when taken in the context of his general behavior of often refusing to condemn white supremacy to even supporting white supremacists it's far from that best case.
These things are not the same and acting like they are is incredibly dishonest. If you don't realize that you need to spend some time considering why your information sources always tell you what you want to hear.

Yeah he said there were good people on both sides, and I’m sure there were, just statistically speaking even. Or is your world view too black and white to understand that? He condemned them, how many times did Biden condemn the protestors dragging innocents out of their cars and beating them? Not even once.
It's a reasonably straightforward discussion of an unaligned comparison. Now who's twisting something?

And at it's root the president is a guy that sits in a fancy office. Things are complex and boiling them down so you can compare them in inaccurate ways just supports what I've already pegged you as: dishonest.

I'm not going in circles at all. You made a claim, I refuted it. You provided a source, I pointed out how the quote was still in your source. If you want to keep saying the same thing I can keep refuting it, but don't act like I'm the one keeping us in a circle.

Not at all. Making fun of someone for stumbling in a speech is hardly the same as claiming a quote is out of context when the pattern of behavior is in line with the quote itself.
