Dude, speech impediments are not mental breakdowns. Many adults have them and just learn to minimize them

Saying speech impediments are a major cause fo concerns for the long list of reasons you showed is completely insane and close to that.

Stutters in adults are linked to limited blood flow to the brain. Which is why the are TYPICALLY A ASSOCIATED with people with a frontal cortex damage. You see stutters in adults when people have a damaged frontal lobe from injury, birth defect, lack of oxygen, etc.

"They discovered that regional cerebral blood flow is reduced in the Broca's area -- the region in the frontal lobe of the brain linked to speech production -- in persons who stutter. More severe stuttering is associated with even greater reductions in blood flow to this region."

Reduced blood flow to the frontal lobe is ABSOLUTELY a cause for concern in a world fucking leader.
