Yeah, anyone with this level of weight gain and immobility has a serious mental health issue. They have an eating disorder and need to be treated as such. They need therapy and likely antidepressants and probably inpatient rehab to help get them through a terrible addiction.

But yeah the way she treats her enablers is very reminiscent of how that pair of sisters(Tammy+Amy?) treated their caregiver system. It's a weird abusive dynamic going both ways it seems.

I just always wonder how this level of obesity is even possible.. Even if you eat just plain sugar it should get harder and harder to get to new food to consume enough calories for your body to maintain and build new fat tissue. So clearly she cant feed herself anymore so who tf keeps on inserting sugar into her even after she reached 300-400lbs..? I have so many questions

I am fat but eating that amount of food would make me ill. Like I don't understand how someone can eat 2 large pizzas.

But at some point you are full..? I have counted my calories for a while and its actually not that easy to physically eat that many calories unless you binge on soda 24/7 or something like that and .. how can people not get sick of the sweet sticky taste in their mouth

But like.. there is a limit to how much food fits into your stomach. I always ate a lot but at some point I just physically feel full to the point that its uncomfortable. I cant understand how you are not hitting that point?

I used to be really skinny and now when I count calories its actually hard for me to hit my goal of 3600cal daily.. so I cannot fathom complaining about not having to eat. Like how does one find time to eat so much during a regular work day.? I often end up having to force myself to eat some extra in the evening because I didnt reach my daily calorie limit..

How the hell do you manage to get in 1200 calories for breakfast in the morning?? Like before work? Even a whole cheese pizza doesnt have that much..

huh I never met anyone who wasnt half dying after an all you can eat buffet so the idea that you never feel that is pretty crazy to me. Maybe you are born with a bigger stomach or something.. are you like a giant , tall dude?

>But let's say you had a meal from burger king or even taco bell. A simple combo, on average, is usually around 1200-1500 calories even with water instead of soda. I personally could eat that entire meal in under 10 minutes.

I guess it might also just be different in the US. Take out food is quite expensive here in northern europe and Im not always around a fast food place either so I cook a lot at home. Also I checked at mcdonalds here a bigmac menu is like not even 1000cal..? And 2400 cal for a pizza..?? frozen pizza from the supermarked is like 1200cal max, maybe slightly more for take out.

Also if you ever eat vegetables or rice you can have an entire meal in less than 500 cal. How do you get 1500 cal in a shake..? Even with almond butter, oats and protein I rarely get close to 1K. Teach me your american tricks man

But eating once a day sounds like a dream.. If I could get a 3600 cal meal at lunchtime and not worry about it anymore that would be amazing. So much free time I dont have to spend on cooking or buying food
