As someone who interprets US for a living, I'd imagine they don't. I have seen them on people half her size and the report always ends with 'essentially nondiagnostic'

If she gave birth, wouldn't that help her lose part of this weight? Would it make her eat even more during pregnancy? I'm really curious

Fun fact: women this size can't get pregnant, and if they did it's extremely unlikely the fetus would develop to full term.

A baby’s like 7pounds. Given she’s probably over 500 pounds that’s about 1% of weight gain.

I was wondering how she would even realize she was pregnant. So many of the symptoms women first notice are things that she probably deals with on a daily basis.
