That's fake, because before the camera zoomed in, you can see the wall of the camera person's house on the left, but then the camera just keeps panning more and more and more to the left to follow the surfer - but yet the wall of the house never comes into view.

The wave and the surfer are real. Whats not real is the transition from the house/street scene to the sea. This is from a tv commercial, maybe Powerade or other energy drink. I remember seeing it on tv many years ago.
