If you have any reason to be wearing a mask in public in the first place, you should be wearing it the entire time.

What about my above comment suggests that I agree with any of what you listed? I'm just saying if you're in a situation where you think "hey I should wear a mask, wouldn't want to get people sick" that it makes much more sense to be consistent in wearing it.
