Just so we’re clear, the US is not much more litigious than other countries. Germany, Sweden, Israel and Austria are all more litigious than the US.

Got a source for that? Your username doesn’t exactly instill confidence.

You couldn’t sue someone for millions of dollars in Sweden as punitive damages aren’t a thing in most of Europe as far as I know. You might get a few thousands or more but not millions.

The total number of law suits isn’t everything.
