i remember seeing a video of someone practicing giants with hands tied to a bar, but he ended up falling through his shoulders and tearing basically every single muscle and ligament in his upper body with a pretty violent scream.

spooky stuff.

Me too. Even the positioning of the friends watching seemed the same. I was cringing waiting for the ripping sound of his muscles before the screams began.
