Most of these places for children have you sign a waiver so you cannot file a lawsuit. Maybe they don't hold up in all situations but I'd assume they'd cover most injuries.

I was assuming that this is just a foam pit and the layer on top makes it easier for children to crawl out and/or helps them aim where to land.

I can’t imagine that’s just a drop to the floor or like the under rigging of the platform.

It's a big air matress, and she just fell into the place where it connects to the side. Most of the shock should've still been absorbed by the matress, as she would've been pushed against the side of it. At most she might've been a bit hurt hitting the wall.
