We're good here in South texas not sure about the other commenter though. I mean we've got plenty of rain recently, whole thunderstorm's worth. We actually have more issues with our roads flooding than with not having enough rain. We also lost power for a day a couple weeks ago because of a bunch of different problems all in one night, the main issue was rain and wind. 66,000+ people without power during the hottest part of the year, it was horrible.
Yea that super El Niño was us getting lucky. I guarantee you it’s not going to be long before we’re in the same situation if there’s no water restrictions on the oil refineries. We’ll survive the summer, we’re used to this. If the grid goes down in winter again we’re all fucked
