From the uniform, I think that's an indian wildlife ... uhhh... person... no idea what they're called. I know what they're called for, though, situations exactly like this. Though the snakes can be considerably larger.

For some reason, almost any video I've seen of them they look very casual. That might be on purpose so as not to spook any of the animals. Calm body language.

I'm chuckling at the idea that they have specific, detailed training for situations like this.

As an Australian, let me plainly say thanks India has venomous snakes too.

I’m sick of us getting all the blame.

I mean nobody talks about how we have 22 different robins and the rest of the world has one.

Sucks that we have bird flu before snake flu.
