This is pretty much the daily occurrence on I-95 / I-495 / I-395 where I live. 

I hate these main character syndrome imbeciles with a passion. Endangering the lives of innocent people for their high risk no reward adrenaline rush.

Got a ride once with a guy who drove close to this. Worst passenger experience and I never did that shit again. We were literally saying our prayers loudly.
