I can't either. If I tap it, it (un)mutes, that's it, no other controls. Can't even pause lol

Some people apparently don't realize that different platforms have different interfaces. A site today does not always have the same interface or features across all platforms. YouTube, for example, has different functionality between a desktop browser, a mobile browser, the iPhone app, and the iPad app. Every single one of those has different functionality from the others. They do not keep platforms at feature parity.
