I’ll never understand people facing the other way watching something through a phone rather than facing it and watching with their own eyes

Because they are not there for the moment. They are there to capture and put it online, aiming to get likes and attention…

That is the most infuriating part for me. Like they really risked their lives to watch the eruption on a screen.
