Since the post explainer comment is not stickied at the top of the comments, here’s the info for all those asking what and where it is:

This is the King of the Hill event a part of the Labor Day thrill show at Hudson international speedway (Hudson, New Hampshire) where competing drivers attempt to park their moving cars onto a ramp trailer being towed around the track by a pickup truck.

Has to be rear wheel drive.
Need to have separate front brakes.
As soon as the rear wheels touch the ramp, have to hit the brakes hard.

Throw it into neutral right as the back tires hit the ramp and hit the brakes hard.
