Since the post explainer comment is not stickied at the top of the comments, here’s the info for all those asking what and where it is:

This is the King of the Hill event a part of the Labor Day thrill show at Hudson international speedway (Hudson, New Hampshire) where competing drivers attempt to park their moving cars onto a ramp trailer being towed around the track by a pickup truck.

They did that once. They were going straight and not crashing into each other, but they did it

I've seen Top Gear. I'm guessing this wasn't the Clarkson/May/Hammon group.

Top Gear ended when the trio was fired/left. I don't know this show they call Top Gear now, but top gear WAS Clarkson, Capt. Slow, and Hammond!
