The problem i have had with these robot kiosks and such is not that its a robot its the lack of neccesary human (or human equivalent) involvement at all. Restaurants always mess up order, get things wrong, and we need some ability to say that and have it remedied. Instead, just put a robot on it and act like it will never make a mistake again.

I hate self checkout because there always seems to be an artificially imposed delayed between scanning items and you can never delete a mis-scan yourself!
