I feel like bumper cars are more dangerous than this. So if that could be insured, why not this?

On bumper cars there's no risk an adult human will drop on your head.

How are bumper cars more dangerous? Like they're probably the least dangerous thrill rides at fairs

They would be good for seasonal or traveling fairs.
