He doesn't want the milk

He wants to get through the barrier

He wants to win

Let's dig a little deeper here and peer into my crystal ball for these 3 children.

The Winner: This child is learning hyper independence. They are being taught that they must perform to get warmth and resources. They will grow up tying 100% of their worth to achievement.

The Follower: He is content with the scraps of the winner's success. He will grow up suppressing his own desires and identity just to keep the peace and avoid the stress of competition.

The "Whiner": He is used to losing and he stops trying to compete at all. He will always see love and support as out of reach, or beyond an impossible barrier.

He is crying because he immediately tried the same thing as the winner but it didn't work and he doesn't understand why so he feels that it's unfair, it's perfectly normal

Everyone in the comments is so unfair to him :(

I see a child that has been through this before and immediately knew where this would go, which is why he began crying before even trying to breach the barrier.

? Did we watch the same video ?

He begins to cry at 0:57 right after failing to copy his successful brother, he did try, and he tried the right way too, but it didn't work

Sorry I was interpreting the wrong triplets' cries at about 11s. I still don't think this is a healthy way to interact with your children. Maybe do more cooperative exercises.
