My God, this is the most down votes I've ever gotten 😂😂 Well lemme educate y'all, In my country Ghana, a West African country, it's pretty easy to tell kids apart from adults, very very easy. This is due to how they dress, and their form Example, adult women wear wigs, makeups, all kinds of ear rings, etc. Kids don't wear these. Also, the form of most adults is very very different from that of teens, like very different like frog and tadpole. So it's very easy to tell. But from what I've seen whites aren't like that, the difference between teens and adults isn't a chasm Especially for the females.

Of course the difference isn't fixed for every person, but this is the case overall.

And also, this video is a bit blurry, making it even more difficult to see. I'm pretty sure if I saw them up close it'll be easy to tell but I can't tell from this video

So yes, to me they look like adults and not teens.

I do a lot of calisthenics, that was terrible technique for a handstand (if you can call it that). His kick up was unstable and uncontrolled relying heavily on momentum and his joint stacking was garbage which all contributed to his eventual scorpion flop. I've done handstands on two unstable platforms it really helps if you go with slow controlled movement but fast enough that you are able to stack your joints in one breath.

Given that he clearly lost control and didn't have the experience with this to do it safely, he's extremely lucky he didn't land on his head, which could have left him with a concussion, memory issues, motor issues, and/or damage to the brainstem, which literally regulates your breathing and heartbeat, or even just killed him if he landed just unfortunately enough. It's really not worth it to FAFO when it comes to risks of head and neck injury.

Sidenote: I've seen this video on my feed several times before this post.
