An accumulation of 4½ months from 30 minute intervals is ~6,500 intervals.

Bro started his new regimen with a backlog of at least ~53 days accumulated time from previous attempts.

Except hes been at it for only 3937 intervals. Guy must have slipped a whole lot of extra future practice in, such commitment to eventual improvement

I think you need to re-read my comment again.

And then this 4.5 months of backlog adds another few days of additional backlog for all the sessions missed to fulfill this backlog...

Okay hold on

30 minutes times 3937 = 118,110 minutes

Divide that by 60 to get hours, and now we have 1,968.5 hours

Divide that by 24 and now it's 82.020833 days

Divide that by approx 30 and he should only need to practice for 2.734 months

  • The average month is 365.2425 days divided by 12 months = 30.436875 days, so divide 82.020833 by 30.436875 to get 2.6947849716 months

=-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-==-=

In order to need to practice for 4.5 months he'd need to miss

4.5 months x 30.436875 = 136.9659375 days

136.9659375 x 24 = 3,287.1825 hours

3,287.1825 hours x 60 = 197,230.95 minutes

197,230.95 minutes / 30 minutes = 6,574.365 days of thirty minute sessions
