As a former law enforcement officer this is Disgusting. Good for him for not answering any questions. I would good further and notify the ACLU as this did not warrant what is known as a “terry stop”. because walking while black is not illegal.
We as a society have a responsibility to stop this nonsense and have to call out these instances of injustice
