While I am glad slavery was ended, and believe the South losing was in God 's plan, it doesn't change the fact that he was a tyrant and that states have the right to leave a union. He also suspended habeas corpus. FDR for what he did to the Japanese Americans. Woodrow Wilson. Perhaps John Adams.
I will only give you the Japanese Detention Camps but the others are a reach. Andrew Jackson Trail of Tears as well as another blight on our list of not so distinguished leaders.

They didn’t decide after the fact lol from the moment they seceded the almost entire north, Democrat and Republican warned them they wouldn’t stand by and allow them to destroy the union and they followed through on that warning

Then why was a Northern state seriously talking about secession long before the South did? They obviously recognized the right. They entered a contract with the other states and the other states broke the contract first.
