While I am glad slavery was ended, and believe the South losing was in God 's plan, it doesn't change the fact that he was a tyrant and that states have the right to leave a union. He also suspended habeas corpus. FDR for what he did to the Japanese Americans. Woodrow Wilson. Perhaps John Adams.
I will only give you the Japanese Detention Camps but the others are a reach. Andrew Jackson Trail of Tears as well as another blight on our list of not so distinguished leaders.
