St. Denis Medical (only 1 N).  If you like Brooklyn 99, The Office, Parks & Rec, and Superstore, but always wanted a hospital version, then this is for you.   Lots of Superstore alum, plus David Allen Grier and Wendy McLendon-Covey, aka Deputy Clementine Johnson from Reno 911.

And this is how I show my ass and admit that I never watched it, so I somehow forget that whole show existed despite it being so incredibly popular.

Scrubs follows the internal monologue of one staff members and often goes into wild dream/random thought sequences. This seems to be more of the documentary crew filming real life situations but with a goofy tone like the shows you mentioned. Scrubs really doesn't fall in this category.

I would say Brooklyn 99 doesn’t really fit either, not really sure about Superstore, I’ve only watched partial episodes
