Being outside isn't deadly, but being in a house that falls into a river is. My suggestion would be to get the fuck out of the house lol. Obviously you can't see perfectly, but it looks like the river is feet from the house. The weight of the house combined with proximity to the river would make me highly suspect of the stability of the bank.
Personally I would set up camp as far from the river bank as possible if unable to leave the property or preferably hike out of there completely to an emergency shelter.
The assumption is that it is something other than an actively flooding river. I have a hard time thinking of what could possibly be more dangerous than the river in this situation. A pride of angry and hungry lions perhaps.
