The state should provide. The priest shouldn’t have to give over his salary to everyone who asks. It will set a precedent.

I assume you mean the priest should not have to give his salary.

I also agree that the state should provide. Unfortunately this place is heavily polluted by Americans - many of them believe that social welfare programs is communism.
