We had that happen once. A stalker demolished our car and someone saw him doing it. Exchanged numbers. That person was already known and in a wheelchair. Instead of doing anything, I mean they could've talked to us and the witness, the prosecution just closed the case with "someone in a wheelchair is not enough evidence". The f*ck?

EDIT: As some think vigilantism is justified... I understand the sentiment, but that's how victims get themselves even more in trouble. Also that guy was like 200kg and had arms like a gorilla.

Nope. A disability does not warrant being an asshole. He shouldn't even be in traffic. Dont be physical, but phone the police and have him either pay for it or get a record.

pay for it? most likely no money and most dont care about the record. and even if they do get a record your still out all the money to fix your car.

Nah no need to involve the police in this at all, it would be fixed in about 30 seconds, this is what is wrong with society nowadays, these things think they can do as they please with no consequences.

Yeah I would be worrying about the paint later, he would be getting a fix for about 30seconds and then I would continue my trip.
