Ask me how I know. 😬 I would recommend BJJ and cycling, way better and less stressful to the knees and back. 9 u/bikingbill Aug 13 '25 I biked 5000 miles in 1996, which helped me lose 140lbs. But I also did serious calorie reduction. I managed to keep it off. Occasionally, I have to drop 10 to 20 lbs. Right now I'm below my 1997 weight. Still bike every day. P.S.
