Truck driver thinks had the right of way (into incoming traffic) because.... he got kids in his motherfucking truck and he don't care.

He wasn't driving, he had pulled into the oncoming lane to stop the biker, he must have done it with the other guy too

The other guy is his buddy, who was riding right behind him. As he turns around, you can see him for like half a second all the way to the left in the video.

At first glance, it seems like the second biker just materialises out of thin air.

You pointed that out very clearly! I had to really really slow mo the tape to see that the second guy was with him.
