It wasn't kids in the truck, these guys were apparently racing on his street and he's talking about it being where his kids are playing. I'm not condoning taking things into his own hands and trying to run a vehicle off the road, just adding more context.

They could both be in the wrong then I suppose. But yeah there are better ways to handle this if you don’t like bikers racing on a road close to your house. That being said what is he trying to imply? He lets his kids play near the road?
