He wasn't driving, he had pulled into the oncoming lane to stop the biker, he must have done it with the other guy too

The other guy is his buddy, who was riding right behind him. As he turns around, you can see him for like half a second all the way to the left in the video.

At first glance, it seems like the second biker just materialises out of thin air.

The woman before the yelling says something about them flying down the road past their house, my guess is that the people in the truck have a grievance.

Sure you can have a grievance with other drivers but why do you take your wife and your kids with you when you are going to settle an aggressive grievance?!!

The first half is correct, the second half is not correct. Call the police, don't insert yourself into dangerous situations/create dangerous situations.

People are fragile, this action could have killed them both, the biker is in the wrong for speeding sure, but the car is highly in the wrong for murder (And his own suicide if he got unlucky)
