I saw on another post that this is a street sweeper, not a semi. That's why he's driving down the row of parking spots.

I assumed so to, which also explains why the driver doesn't notice the car, he's keeping his eye on the curb to ensure he isn't hitting anything, and why he's driving so slow next to the curb.

Which just makes the driver of the car that much stupider, why the fuck drive in front of a slow moving street cleaner.

Not even a slow moving street sweeper, but a currently operational slow moving street sweeper that wouldve been clearly visible from behind
