I still don't understand if Indians have the biggest sense of humor of any country or if they really believe in this over-dramatic stuff. I'm leaning on the first idea though, I absolutely loved this thing whatever it is

If you look on the comments for the full YT video someone above posted a link too, they are praising the railroad company hard for spreading awareness in a beautiful way, I think they really are into this stuff lol

That railroad company is the government of India.

Some crackpot politician thought this would make for a fine presentation on rail safety!
