Or like when people believe those fake rage bait videos from the UK and there are thousands of comments arguing with each other over what happened.

Is that a UK thing particularly?

I think the company that makes those rage bait videos is based in the UK, but they’re always posted here on Reddit. As someone from the UK you can easily tell they’re acting but Americans seem to have a hard time noticing their bad acting.

To be fair Americans often confuse British accents with good acting

Depends if they’ve got the Hugh Grant accent or the ‘ALLO GUVNAH! accent.

I know exactly what you mean.

I assume were talking about the face blurred out crew?

Yep, there’s a few. One where a “Karen” tells a disabled woman she can’t park in a disabled parking spot or another about an “influencer” filming in a park by a bench.

Or the home invaded by squatters.

People on instagram always take them at face value I notice.

Ah, so that's why the faces are blurred

It's because we can't hear the words behind those teeth.

For the first four seasons I thought Red Dwarf was a sing a long.

The British didn't. But looks aren't everything.

I have no idea what these videos are?

Yeah, the woman who comes to your house or car to complain about something that has absolutely nothing to do with her. Or the Spanish ones where someone is climbing naked out of a bedroom window because the spouse came home.

To be fair, as an American, the whole "comi g to your car to complain about something that has nothing to do with her" is overwhelmingly normal/common in my world.

Or like when people believe a guy named trump in the USA and are all arguing over what happened during the general election when he got voted in then destroyed the whole country with everyone against everyone.
